What we do not do
Individual buying advice by email. The setup builder does this better than we could by correspondence, and it shows its reasoning.
Reviews of products sent to us. We do not physically test equipment, so a sample would not change what we can honestly publish. Manufacturer documentation is what we work from, and it is public.
Paid placement, sponsored entries or link insertion. The catalogue is chosen to be useful and the ratings are produced by published rules. Neither is for sale, and there is no version of this site that survives selling them.
Response times
Preinfuse is an independent project rather than a business with a support desk. Corrections are prioritised; everything else may take a while.
